The brief was to accelerate the progress of high potential Executives so they would be ready to step-up to wider responsibilities in leading bigger Divisions and taking positions on the board.

The brief included raising skills in the issues of politics, people and communication that came with the bigger role, and the issues of collective responsibility, influencing skills and stakeholder management that were needed at Board level.
