Approach

Karen ParkerI coach at board, executive and senior management level. I have a deeply felt passion for developing individuals to achieve their peak performance - and if this happens at the top of an organisation the desired business results follow. I am results orientated both at an individual and organisational level. My coaching style is professional, respectful, courageous and challenging. I believe in creating a safe space for business leaders to better understand themselves and their impact on others and the organisation. Through providing strong, tangible support I look for good leaders to grow in confidence and develop towards becoming great leaders.

I have experience working across a number of business sectors and I draw upon my own personal leadership experiences supported by a number of coaching models to ensure a rich and challenging coaching experience.

Philosophy

I believe that strong, respected leaders enable individuals and businesses to deliver great results in an inspiring environment. However this belief will always mean significant pressures being experienced by our leaders from every direction - however good they are. To support, develop and celebrate success with these people is a true privilege.

Experience

Over 25 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Management with two of the world's leading companies. I have enjoyed leading, inspiring and enabling local and international teams to consistently achieve challenging sales objectives whilst remaining motivated and driven. Creating successful working environments resulted in me becoming an IBM Director and member of the IBM UK Executive Leadership Team. I have spent many years working with Clients at Board level helping them understand and resolve business issues. My passion for developing individuals to achieve peak performance has led to me working with The Success Group delivering Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and High Performing Teams.
